The BTBA National Council are pleased to announce the appointment of Vicky Knightsbridge to the National Council as Head of Inclusion & Diversity.   Vicky brings a mixture of enthusiasm and expertise to the role through work based experience and her love of bowling:

“I am excited to take on this new role of Head of Diversity and Inclusion within the BTBA.  I believe that diversity, equity and inclusion play an important part of the world that we live in today and I aim to promote this environment within the sport of bowling and the BTBA.

“Bowling is a sport that everyone can take part in, no matter of age, gender, ability or ethnicity. I would like to help increase engagement of bowling by attracting more athletes from diverse backgrounds and implement clear policies to address any discrimination.

“Through diverse leadership and representation, we can promote positive role models across leagues, tournaments and youth bowling.
