The BTBA is introducing a new National Council role within the Membership Services team. Membership Technical Services Coordinator.

The position exists to provide a dedicated technical support for the BTBA’s membership operations, with a particular focus on the JustGo membership platform.

The post holder will need to:

  • Be comfortable working with digital systems and learning new platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when liaising with external support teams.
  • Methodical, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks or projects.
  • A problem‑solver who enjoys improving systems and processes
  • Support the BTBA by ensuring our membership platform is reliable, effective and continually improving.
  • Confidently manage the technical aspects of our membership systems. Act as the primary liaison with the JustGo support team, ensuring that system changes, updates, and improvements are implemented efficiently and accurately.
  • Run regular and ad‑hoc reports to support operational and strategic needs.
  • Analyse membership data to help all BTBA functions make informed decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with Membership Services, National Council, and other teams to ensure the platform meets organisational needs. Present insights clearly to National Council, committees, and other stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing and future projects related to membership services and digital transformation. Assist in planning and delivering improvements to membership processes and workflows. Investigate alternative membership management platforms to assess future options for the BTBA.

This role helps the BTBA stay modern, organised, and responsive. By supporting the technical side of membership, you’ll be helping bowlers across the country enjoy a smoother, more reliable experience.
