We welcome Michael ‘Mick’ Brown to the role of Regional Officer (North).
“I would like to introduce myself to you all, my name is Michael but preferably I like to be called Mick. Now not many of you may know who I am (but I’m sure you will soon) and some of you will know who I am. I am currently the president for Barnsley YBC, and I am proud to say what an amazing club it is and what a good bunch of kids we have.
“I myself am a bowler and I bowl every Sunday in a league at Barnsley bowl. I am very passionate about bowling, and I will wherever possible try my best to help anyone out, to help them reach their goals. I am currently a EBF level 1 coach, and I love to watch our juniors every Saturday within our club progress each week. It’s amazing!!
“I have, in my own opinion turned Barnsley YBC a full 180 and now that things are on an even keel I know that I needed a new challenge, so I applied to be the BTBA Regional Officer North and I know that this would give me new challenges ahead, Now I understand that sometimes the decisions that I may make, or we make together may not suit everyone, but I do believe there is a solution to everything and I am here to help.
“I am easily approachable and easy to speak to either in person or on the phone. If you email me I will always reply, and if I don’t know the answer then I will always do my very best to try and find it out for you.
