Here in Membership Services, it is important to me that we all recognise where most of our members play and that’s our wonderful leagues that run up and down the country!
Leagues really are the backbone of Tenpin Bowling in England, enabling members to play at a local level, every week. However, without our League Secretaries manning the scoresheets and so much more, leagues simply couldn’t run.
With this in mind, I would like to announce that as of 1st May, 2023, the BTBA Memberships Team will be giving back to our amazing secretaries who volunteer their time and effort every week. At the end of your league and upon submission of the final league results to the BTBA, every sanctioned league secretary will now receive a Standard BTBA Membership free of charge, as a token of our appreciation for the work you do. I hope all of our members will join me in taking a moment to thank your secretaries.
