The Inter County Championships Rules & Regulations have been revised and updated for 2023.

Changes include:
- GENERAL: Adult championship name changed to Open Championship, as it’s not an age specific event;
- OPEN: Women’s division changed to four-person format. Qualifying groups could be 3 or 4 depending on the location of entering Counties. Finals Baker format removed. 9 game round robin in each division.
- Youth: Under 16 and Under 22 championships format change.
