The BTBA are delighted to announce the award of Life Membership of The Association to John Cudmore from Kent.
Chairman Martin Webster wrote of his gratitude for “..all the work (you) have done over the years at local and National level” and added “..we hope that the Life Membership goes some way to showing our appreciation for your efforts.”
John began bowling around 1963 joining the newly formed Fireball League at Bexleyheath, and continued on to bowl in both The Early Birds and Olympic leagues, as well as being a member of the Kent County team, winning the Area Championships twice.
John was secretary of the Fireball League from 1965 to 2018 and The Olympic League from 1965 until 1975 amongst many pivotal roles, which included the BTBA National Council. You can read more on the newly formed Kent TBA Hall of Fame by clicking here..
