PRIZE INFORMATION
This year it is a monetary prize (after cost of medals, certificates and stickers) – this is the total prize fund divided by number of entries. Medals and album stickers are given out at the presentation. However, as in previous years your monetary prize will be either posted to the relevant YBC official/individual to be passed on to winners along with a list of payment dividend or transferred via BACS to either the relevant YBC or individual. If we award the new style ProShop vouchers they will be posted within 14 days to relevant YBC or individuals. This allows us time to ratify the scores. Whilst we try to ensure that the correct winners are notified at time of presentation, we are sometimes made aware (after event) of mistaken divisions or even mistakes in male/female category. We can only act on the information supplied on entry and rely on correct information to be provided.
PLEASE ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR PAYMENT TO BE RECEIVED.

1. This will be a handicap tournament throughout.
2. Averages – You must declare your highest average over a minimum of 18 games from YBC league, or the YB Tour, whichever is higher. As the YB Tour season is from January to December a ‘rolling average’ will be shown on the YB web site and used until bowlers have played 18 games in the current year.
For those participants outside the BTBA your highest average should be used from your current YBC season or your relevant Youth Tour over 18 games.
3. The tournament manager, Tracy Robertson, reserves the right to refuse or rerate any entry if she considers there is just cause to do so. Protests must be lodged by the YBC official / bowler within 30 mins and confirmed in writing within 72 hours. A provisional ball must be rolled if a dispute relating to pinfall cannot be resolved immediately. The tournament manager’s decision is final subject to appeal to the BTBA.
4. No competitor will be allowed to smoke, vape or consume alcohol anywhere in the centre during the tournament. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate disqualification of the individual concerned. Profane language, improper gestures or abuse of any bowling equipment / machinery may also result in disqualification. Any individual disqualified will be reported to the BTBA or their affiliated governing body. Mobile phones etc should be left outside the bowlers area once play has started.
5. Bowlers should be dressed in appropriate bowling attire, shirts should contain YBC / Bowlers name. For a comprehensive understanding of the full dress code please refer to the following web page Youth Bowling Dress Code – BTBA
6. Only tournament officials, bowlers and one coach per bowler are allowed in the bowlers area. YBC Officials, instructors and coaches must adhere to the dress code. *
