As you are aware, we are experiencing unprecedented times with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to safeguard all of our members and supporters the Executive Committee have taken the decision to postpone all National events, along with a number of other tournaments for a period of 12 weeks.
This will be constantly reviewed and the BTBA will continue to follow the guidance and directives of the Government and Public Health England before announcing when future events will be held.
As the National Governing Body for our sport, the BTBA would also advise all league secretaries to speak with their centres locally, but its overriding concern is for the health and welfare of the bowlers, volunteers, administrators and spectators who would be at these events and leagues.
