Congratulations to Sam Rose and Lorna Scott who won yesterday’s QubicaAMF World Cup Qualifier in Dunstable. Sam and Lorna will be representing England in fabulous Las Vegas this November. Both players have previous World Cup experience, with Lorna joining previous bowling legends Pauline (Smith) Buck and Zara Glover (Giles) in representing England in back to back years. She finished 13th in last year’s event in Hermosillo, Mexico.
It’s a return to Sam’s Town for Sam as he looks to improve on his 19th place finish from 2015. He said “Winning the World Cup qualifier the first time was special but today winning again today is magical, having my daughter Indi watching me win is something that will live for the rest of my life.”
