We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Stoner as the Northern Regional Officer. Mark is currently the Yorkshire Area Secretary and brings with him a wealth of experience in that arena, which will give him a great advantage when dealing with the local associations in his region. When asked to comment about his appointment Mark said, “I look forward to working with the BTBA, and I hope I can carry out the role of northern regional officer to the satisfaction of all the counties within the northern region.”.
Mark takes over the role from Dave Malpas who has had to step down due to work commitments, but Dave will be on hand to help Mark with the transition into his new role. The BTBA would also like to announce the appointment of Jo Cundy as our new Director of Governance & Legal, joining the Executive Committee, moving fom her previous role as Head of High Performance.
Dave Steiner will continue as the BTBA’s Vice Chairman, helping Jo to transition into her new role.
Jo will continue to manage inter-county bowling and we would like to wish her the best of luck with her new role.
